Best way to tone up the flabby arms??
For your triceps take a dumbell or the new balls and left it up behind your head. Start out small so you will not drop it on your head. Use both hands to left it. For your thighs you can try lunges. You can start out without any weight than add a ball bell. You place the ball bell behind your head on top of your shoulders than lunge forward try not to extend your knee further than ankle/foot. If it is just extra skin, you really can't do anything. You can build some muscle under it which will help some, but there are no exercises that actually make the extra skin go away. The exercises can change the way it hangs and the muscle can build some support structure under the skin, but either your body will reduce the skin or it won't

I do pushups, dips and pullups at the gym to focus on my arms and upper body. I also do all the arm type weight machines. I started with high repetitions and low weights, and now I am doing much higher weights and three sets of 8 on all the machines. I particularly like the machines that work the tricep because it helps build the back of the arm and I can see a difference ( in six weeks) on my arms.
