Neighbor has a new beagle/bloodhound?  Felt like an escaping convict.  Pretty funny.

60 min weights - core/legs

Two hour kickoff tonight for "karate hell" class...summertime class that focuses on endurance and conditioning for eight weeks. Likely to be sprints, pushups, situps, sparring drills, abwork, in quick succession, lather, rinse, repeat.

Tonight I'll power walk the 'hood with DH and DD--it is 2.5 miles and very hilly.  Will wait until the temp dips back DOWN in the double digits.........we hit 103 yesterday!!
