started my day with a 5 mile power walk with some walk/run intervals.

Had a 45 minute session with my personal trainer at lunch.  Made the mistake of saying we had been going a little light on upper body.  He tore me down and worked every muscle to exhaustion.  Now I have noodle arms.  I'm pretty sure he enjoyed it more than I did!

I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!

Lap Band on 11/17/09 with
 2 1/2 mile run to the track for speedwork

8 /400's with 45 second breaks in between each one fast time was 1:48 running with my coach 

2 1/2 miles back

Changed my mind. Did 4.5 miles on our recombinant exercise bike. First time I've ever tried it. Boy, is that harder than I thought. Really got my pulse rate up. Now to start building up stamina.

I ended up doing 3 miles yesterday instead of 2 but man, it was HOT!!  My younger bro ran with me and he couldn't hang with me.  Kinda funny since I'm 20 yrs older!!  Ahhh lil grasshopper needs his big sis to train him!!
