Good Morning Everyone! I watched the beautiful sunrise as I was running this morning. The plan was 17 miles while keeping the heart rate under 140 BPM. The result... 16.89 Miles in 2:51:06 and average heart rate 138 BPM.

A solid base run this morning and the sunrise was absolutely glorious. I love those 5am runs!!!

Rest day, I think I should be resting my knees more to let them heal, but I may try our recombant exercise bike.  Do you think that would be ok on my knees?

3 mile run this morning at the gym.

2 miles of walk/run intervals tonight with my son.  Gotta get him ready for our 4th of July run together.  I told him that if we beat last years time, I would buy him a new toy or something.  that seemed to get him motivated.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!
