I taught a new Spin Class this evening. Had about 25 people there and it was a hammer / sweat fest!!! Supe-Awesome and it seemed like everyone had a great workout and a lot of fun.

So sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. Hope you feel better soon.

Suppose to be resting my knee so took it easy on the elliptical, 3 miles a level 2, then did weights for 1 hour.
