Saturday Workouts
am super-bummed!
Tonight was supposed to be my second 5k while still in training mode with the C25k. Unfortunately storms moved in & I'm not too keen in being outside with the lightening as it is. It sounded like so much fun too: It was a 'midnight run' but actually was to start at 11:30 pm and is part of the local annual Billy Bowlegs Pirate festival and this was a run for the booty. The run is through a neighborhood and they say that people sit out on their curbs and cheer the runners on.
So now my Saturday workouts was just an ab workout. Tomorrow was to be a rest day but not anymore.
