So darn thankful it is Friday....

1 hour upper body weights
ab workout

no cardio today.

oh...and the bank temp was 104 when I walked out of the gym at 1:30.  Stinkin' hot!

I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!

 2000 yard swim via 5x400yards plus a cool down.  Finshed in 50 minutes of swimming time. Felt great (in spit of the fact that Dan is a full thousand ahead of me in the same time :)  )

10 min warmup/cooldown on TM walking
60 min running @ 1.0% incline broken down as:

35 min @ 7.5mph
5 min @ 7.6mph
5 min @ 7.7mph
5 min @ 7.8mph
5 min @ 7.9mph
5 min @ 8.0mph

total distance 7.62 miles

finished with 30 minutes of weights (shoulders/back/bi), i had to cut the lifting session short cuz i had to pick up the kids from summer camp :)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??
