Thursday Workouts
75 minutes of weights for me - legs
1 mile run.
Today was my last GYM day until at least monday since I have to be quarantined after tomorrows cancer treatment. Not allowed within 3 feet of anybody until then.
I guess I'll catch up on some running if I feel like it.

No longer about weight , it's all about living.
I ran 4.75 miles and felt pretty good. My intention was to keep my HR up pretty high which I think I did pretty well.
