I find I usually run faster when it counts than I do in training.
Just do what you can and thats all anyone can expect right?

Thanks Paul. I find I have no stamina, especially in the evening run. Closer to 12 minutes this evening, but jello legs and my main incision on the left just continually aches. Partly my fault because I took a two hour judo class last Saturday and I've barely been able to move since then.
Once I do this run Saturday, I have two months before I have to do the next stage of black belt testing or run for time again. I think that will be plenty of time to heal and get it right.
