i should have taken a rest day.  85 minute spin on the trainer with my coach.  ugh, my body and mind are worn out, i just couldn't get in a groove today.  taking tomorrow off to recharge.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

4 x 1 mile with 2 minute breaks.  Kept my hr at 158 and recovered at 120.  Was able to average 8 min miles.  Kind of fun working with a coach, hopefully there is a method to the madness :)

cool.. my coach is having me buy a pair just to wear casually, I guess they can strengthen your feet even just wearing them casually.

I started by wearing them around the house... then moved up to wearing them around on errand days.  This weekend I wore them on a 4.5 mile walk.  I can definitely feel different muscles in my feet and legs afterwards!!

Had a couple days off even though I worked hard outside with yard work (mowing, planting flowers, and pulling weeds). In fact I was outside all day yesterday. Tired but I love it.

Today I got back working out

30 minutes elliptical
ran 6 minutes with some kids at work
walk 3 miles with kids at work
and finally-ran 2 miles after work
