Bowflex
Does anyone have a Bowflex home gym? My husband and I are thinking of getting a Bowflex Blaze. Opinions?

I know people that have them, but most of them sit and get dusty and ultimately end up on Craig's list! I think any workout equipment is a good investment AS LONG AS YOU USE IT.
I know myself. I will not go to a gym. I don't want to deal with "people"....and I hate to wait! I have been working out on my own for 3 years now. I have a home gym set up in my unfinished basement. I have the full body weight machine, full set of free weights, elliptical, running treadmill, a punching bag and a power tower. I also have a big area with gym flooring in front of a TV so I can do P90X. At this point, I really only use the treadmill (when the weather wont let me run outside) and the TV/gym floor area, free weights and the power tower for P90X.
My husband uses the weight machine sometimes....the elliptical collects dust. Bottom line, if you are truly going to work out at home, it is worth the investment to buy good equipment, and I think Bowflex is good equipment, but you may get bored if you don't have other options, and your workout wont be effective long term once your body gets used to it.
Be prepared when setting up a home gym to buy/sell things as time goes on as your fitness level will change, and so will the things you like to do. Any interest in a used elliptical??? punching bag??
