2X a day schedule
Anyone workout twice a day? If so, what is your schedule like? I'm a teacher and school's almost out so I'm looking for a good 2 a day schedule to get me where I need to be before the fall gets here. My goal is to gain endurance cardio wise and to strengthen and tone as well. I currently workout 4-6 days a week w/ 30-60 minutes of cardio and 30-60 minutes of alternating upper/lower body weights per session. Any suggestions would be helpful.
