1.4 mile run in the drizzle. It took me 15 minutes. I need some critique on my timing. I'm new to this, and I don't know if that's OK for a beginner, or can a dying old man run faster?

9 mile run in some serious humidity, and like a moron, withou****er.  My legs are shot from the bike yesterday, only managed 11:34 minute miles.  Feeling shot, thank goodness tomorrow is rest day! :)

And 15 minutes for 1.4 miles is great, you are right around 10.5-11 min miles, this is a great place to be.

11 mile run in the 95 degree heat with humidity, was able to maintain a 9:30 pace the whole time. I was so hot, and not in a good way, when I was done I was stuffing ice in my sports bra, under my hat, and just rubbing it all over my body, and it was actually melting fast. In my training plan next week is a recover week, so I look forward to the low volume week to recover a bit so I can attack the rest of this ironman plan.

25-miles on the bike. Three agressive hills. Starting to get my biking nerve back. Still a little apprehensive on some of the narrow roads.

Hiking with hubby. Just for fun, probably between 2-3 miles. Lots of good steep hills, beautiful view at the top of the entire Silicon Valley. Blue skies. nice breeze. Perfect day.
