I felt the same way and needed today off but the gym is putting a new floor down and closed until Tuesday after today.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

 worked out with my coach/trainer focusing on core stability (harder than it sounds).  Last "easy" week for me.  Tomorrow Full iron man training starts in earnest.  I'm itching for it.
