Saturday workouts

Just starting on the bike around here the hills are killing me. My garmin had the one outside my sub-division as an 8% avg but one spot is a 17% it is only a .25 mile hill but still it kills me.

I know I have a long way to go but I will do it, and the hills will just make me better.

 had an epic training ride, climbing 2 of our toughest hills, in pretty hot weather here 85+ humid.  Not particularly fast, especially after I was smoked from the climbs..  3400 feet of climbing, 50 miles.  http://connect.garmin.com/activity/88562471

Hit the park early for 5-mile run. Hot and humid, and the pollen is out with a vengance. Good thing i the asthma keeps my mind off the other pains.

Completed W4D1 of C25k during a 5 mile walk early this morning.  Had plans to do some strength training but some friends twisted my arm into taking a 300 mile motorcycle ride instead.  Now energy is zapped.  But tomorrow is a new day!

I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!
