Thursday Workouts!!!

For the first time in a week I was able to get out on the road.  I did an okay 2.3 miles with low to moderate pain in the foot.  Lungs and legs felt alright.  4 weeks to Mt. Washington!

Finished Week 3 of C25K during a 5 mile walk this morning.

Will end the day with a spin class and ab workout.

I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!

Resting and hydrating in preparation for my first 8k on Saturday.  Does a Semi-Dry Riesling count as hydration?

sure... anti-hydration :)  alcohol is a pretty serious diuretic.
