How did your day 1 go?  I tell you, that 3 minute run interval seemed to last FOREVER for me.

 Yes that last minutes of the 3 minute run was really hard! Hoping Wednesday will be easier cause I am dreading week 4 if this is hard for me

With a bout of constipation and head cold.. I am resting today.. Tomorrow. I plan to start that Couch to 5 k program.. God help me I will become a runner yet.

Kettlebell Monday.

Started out with a warm-up of .25 mi run, some squats, lunges, Good Mornings, etc. Then 5 min. of Turkish Getups followed by the core workout of a 36:36 effort. I did 11 rounds of 15 KB snatches with a 20# bell. Followed by some hardcore stretching of my lower body.
