5.25 Miles on the Barfmill in 45:40 then 45 minute leg workout w/ a lot of plyometrics... OUCH. Perhaps a little ride this evening.

Had good intentions of working out at the gym prior to work, but woke up with a sore throat and bad headache, so took allergy meds and grabbed another hour of sleep.
Karate class tonight and I'll do my one mile run after. Should be able to get in an hour of pushups, situps, stretching and working on forms there.

had a grappling match with my pillow... its gloomy and rainy here and i really didnt want to leave the comfort of my bed.. but i forced myself to muay thai practice.. kick drills puch combinations.. heavybag work.. i almost hurled twice.. to me thats my sign that Im working it hardcore.. that gagging ..dizzy.. retching..feeling while pouring sweat...uuuh why did i get out of bed again?? lol
Running to my fitness club tonight (about 4.0 miles) and then strength training for 30-45min.
