Saturday Workouts

Hit the gym at 6 a.m. Did a one mile run (which I still majorly suck at; but slowly improving) and spent 45 minutes on weights. Took someones advice from here and worked out my legs intensely since I normally concentrate on arms, chest, and back. My abs are still very weak....11 weeks out and I can feel my left incision with every situp.

Doing more everyday! I may attempt the one mile run again tonight.
