Good News/Bad News and a However

Thanks Jan, we'd been talking about it for a while and made our decision on Sun when we found our rings!

Unfortunately we don't pass through SJ, we start at the Cow Palace, head down 101 then hop over towards Half Moon Bay, and then swing down to Santa Cruz. But if you're in SC on Sat or Sun....we'll be there!

 So the next question is obviously, what do the rings look like????  Do you have a date?  Need help making party plans?  I love to come up with ideas for decorations and all.  I had a great photographer, DJ, cake person, for my sons' Bar Mitzvah's ...  if you need any help.  The DJ and photographer then did my brother's wedding.

So they close off 101, that will be a kick.  I won't be anywhere near you but I'll cheer you on anyway.  Good luck with the ride and feel better soon.

YAY!  Congrats to you and your betrothed!  Are there rings? who proposed to who? (ok, just had to get all girly..)

Sorry about the calf pull.  Hopefully the rest is going to be just the right thing to make you super strong for your AIDS ride, which will be all downhill, right?  ;)

 Yeah Sue, California is a tilted state.  LOL  It's just a glide from SF to LA, like one long slide.  Amazing we don't all slip down into San Diego.

Shoot I wi**** was all downhill, but nope it's actually pretty hilly, but I've been doing lots of climbing so I hope I'm ready for it!!

Oh and no one proposed, we just both realized that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together and once we found rings we both liked...that was that. :)

Sorry about your injury, you are strong and healthy now so your body should be able to recover much faster than before.

I can't wait to hear about your epic ride! Most of all, wish I could join you, you could protect me from the dogs.

Thanks Jillian, you're right the recovery is going well and I will be sure to give a bomb ride report when it's all over.

I hope that you can get outta that place A.S.A.P. You are always my example, whenever I don't wanna go out- I say, "Hey if Jill can run/ride with a loaded gun and pit bulls chasing her...you can do you little ride around town!"

HA! Glad I could provide a little inspiration! I have been riding on the Army post a lot now, pit bulls are prohibited on post. I get bored riding the same 7 mile loop over and over again, but I do feel safe.
