Still been reading your posts, but haven't been as involved as I need to be in the forum.  I took some time off from running/jogging after my snip-snip surgery last month, but am now recommitted and just a few pounds away from Onederland!

Signed up for our hospital's 5K race this Saturday, my second, and still prepping for the 10K on July 4th.

Thanks to all of you for your inspiration and success stories.

Best,
Chad

Was wondering where you were .... I didn't think Bill and Paul would let you stray to far away.

Don't let me be your encouragement...it was the worst 40 minutes of pain I've ever experienced.  I heard from others that it was no big deal--They Lied!  Or my doc sucked at it.  Either way, I almost passed out and hyperventalated.

Just when you think it's done (because it hurt so bad for long enough), he turns to me and says, "Ok, now we just have to do the other side."

"AAHHHHH!!!!"
