ouch!
I upped my weights and also my speed on the treadmill and I am so sore today! It hurts but it is also a good hurt since I know I what I am doing is working! I am using 15lb dumbells now, doing squats with 10 pound weights, 32 pound calf raises and using 30 lbs on my core excersises and then doing C25K.
Best part is that I feel amazing, just sore :)
