 I upped my weights and also my speed on the treadmill and I am so sore today! It hurts but it is also a good hurt since I know I what I am doing is working! I am using 15lb dumbells now, doing squats with 10 pound weights, 32 pound calf raises and using 30 lbs on my core excersises and then doing C25K.

Best part is that I feel amazing, just sore :)

You have to be demented like me to enjoy the pain. I don't feel right unless something hurts !
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

Me too!  I actually feel guilty if I wake up and no muscles hurt.  We are sick.  I am happy to report my butt and upper legs are so sore I can barely sit, and tonight I'll tear up the arms and shoulders again!

I too enjoy the pain that comes from a good workout.  Just not digging the current pain.
