So it's official... I am a 24 Hour Fitness Group X Spin Instructor! Much of my weight loss journey could be attributed to Spin Class and I am so stoked to be able to help others on their own fitness journey. They offered me 3 classes and I took all three to start off with. Monday night at 5pm in North Richland Hills, and 5pm and 6pm back-to-back classes on Wednesday nights at Horne Street. If any of you lurkers live near these locations, come on out and join the party! Plenty of polka and disco for all!!!

Congratulations! I am sure you will be a fun instructor; it sure makes the time go by fast when the instructor is totally engaged. I have been going weekly on Wednesdays, it is really fun, as you well know.
Have fun and tell us how it goes!

Dude you are going to be an awesome spin instructor. Look at how you inspire us here I can just imagine what it would be like in person.

Having just started doing spin classes a little over a month ago I know how important it is to have the right instructor and for many you will be that person.

Be sure to include some village people tracks in your music selection.

Dang, I wish I lived close and I would take your classes.  Our local Y just did an "intro to spin" which was about 20 minutes showing how to adjust the bike and what each stage meant, followed by a 45 minute ride.  Following that class,  I felt that the spin class was a good workout.  Reading your post, I know it is a great start to my fitness journey.

Best of luck, Dan and have fun.

I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!
