i agree with Nate, it will be apples and oranges to compare to others (especially those that are many years post-op and are in serious training).  for now, just try to focus on you and your goals and desires.  right now it is all about building good habits and finding activiites you enjoy, if you don't enjoy it, you won't do it long-term.  you can compare yourself against yourself to track progress.  you are on the right track and doing great.  keep it up!

Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

One mile jog/walk then an additional mile at a slower pace. 30 minutes of weights, various machines - tried to do different ones that I hadn't used before. Plus stretching, pullups, dips, situps.

I need some major stress relief today - going to do a couple miles on the TM and an hour aqua boot camp. I've never done any water aerobics or anything, so I'll see how it goes. I finally have a friend to drag me to these things

2.4 mile run/walk.  not much since it started raining and I was wearing my glasses, but my middle mile split was sub 9, so I'm happy.

2 miles on the tm and a nice hard chest and bicep routine.  Legs feel strong, ready to get back into it hard this weekend.  No post race let down here with only 13 weeks left to the 140.6!

Rest day. Still sore from zumba tap last night and maybe the 12K last Sunday has something to do with it.
