Spin class tonight.. too it easy on myself today. Legs and butt still sore from yesterdays workout.

4 mile run this morning and a 3 mile jog/walk this evening. Achilles is hurting a little. Tomorrow will be a weights day.

I did a 45 minute spin class then an hour on the treadmill the first half at 4 mph incline at 2 then 3.5 mph incline of 3.5.

I road my bike up to the finish of Stage 4 of the Tour of California. Then I road home. And got hit by a car! (Stupid car, turned right in front of me, no signal or warning.)

I'm fine and I think my bike is okay except the tires which will probably have to be replaced.
