One mile run this morning, 45 minutes of weights - 4 arm machines, 4 leg machines, 4 abs, and dips and pullups. Then pushups, situps and stretching. Was out of the gym in 1 hour 20 minutes, but I have to speed that up. Need to be home by 6:15 to get my kids moving for school and get ready for work.

Five  4.5 mile bike hill repeats for a total of 22.5 miles average speed 15.9 very happy with that my tri next month is in the mountains with a few tough hills.

Rode my bike to the coffee shop and bank.  Weeded and mowed the lawn.  Got a new Verizon plan for my wife and daughter...That is more time consuming than buying a car...@#!%!!
