Thank you to everyone for your support and kind words.

I still have hope tht this is a pulled muscle or something and not a worst case.  My training thus far will notgo to waste.  THe training I have already done is a foundtion on which I can bild somethng bigger and better and I have every intention of doing jst that.

Giving up and throwin in the towel is no longer a option, when plan A doesn't work then come up with plan B which I have done.
