 walked around Magic Kingdom today, struttin in my 70.3 finisher tee  ;)  Saw a few others similarly dressed (and walking in a similar fashion), and we exchanged the special club look at eachother :)

Starting to feel it tonight, very glad to be flying home so I can get in the jacuzzi tub and some epsom salts in the morning, got a feeling its gonna hit me hard tomorrow after the glow wears off.

20 minutes on the eliptical (yay! it's the most I've ever done), 20 on the treadmill and 30 on the bike. Felt great tonight.

Rest day. I've worked out intensely every day since last Wed and had my 12K yesterday, but still feel guilty taking a rest day today. Why is that?

I completed W2D2 of C25k during my 5 mile walk and then ended the evening with ab workout.

I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!
