 Wow! way to pull out the swim.  Panic attack in the water is not fun and I know first hand how hard that it is to try to over come.  No matter how hard you train nothing can prepare you for what its like to do that first open water with all the arms and legs coming at you, it is just something you have to experience. I think you all should come to NC in Oct. 29 and do the Beaches to Battleship half or full its a great race.  Congratulations on a great race! You are so inspiring to everyone on this board.
