Andrew is da man!!!! Hows about your first triathlon EVER being a half Ironman and to top it off, coming in right at 7 hours. FRIGGING ROCK STAR ANDREW!!!! The rule of thumb states that you take your half Ironman time, add an hour, and that should be your time in a full Ironman. 15 hours sounds pretty solid at Louisville bro!!!

 thanks y'all, I'll do a report later, the swim was EPIC for me - nearly an EPIC fail, but it turned out to be one of the most amazing moments of my journey.  I'll explain it later.  Let's just say.. if you haven't done an open water swim in very dark water in nearly dark conditions.. its a bit of a freakout :)

Thanks for all your support, I was so overwhelmed here and on FB!

Feeling surprisingly good right now - I really didn't push the run too hard because of the heat, but rocked the bike (for me anyways).
