The first few weeks are tough.  The weight comes off quickly and it takes energy to do even basic stuff.  You will try and grab for energy and it just won't be there.  Before you could grab a Snickers Bar or something...Not now.  A couple things that may help...In no special order.  Have some cooked spinach with salt.  Spinach has iron and potassium...The salt sodium (electrolytes).  Other things that are high in potassium; yogurt, bananas, tomatoes, broccoli.  Taste every new thing...Make sure your pouch (if you are RNY) agrees with the new item.  Also know the signs of dehydration (you can Google them).  The energy level will come back, but it takes time.  As the weight comes off you can move better, so you can walk more...Which causes you to lose more weight...Which causes you to move better...  It becomes a positive (upward) cycle rather than a downward cycle.  Brian

Totally normal! You aren't eating much yet you are asking your body to continue to do things as you were. Try to get in protein first, this is important! Also just take it easy, you are only 2 weeks out!
