Light day today. Just a 4 mile run this morning.
What about you ?

60 min of weights - shoulders/back/bi
10 min walking on TM for warmup/cooldown
40 min run on TM (5.12 miles) - 1.0% incline. 10 min WU @ 7.5 mph then 5 intervals of (3 min @ 8.0 mph, 2 min recover @ 7.5 mph), 7 min CD @ 7.5 mph
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

 1.5 hours of weights with 10 mins cardio before and after.

Tonight I'll do P90X+ upper body workout.  THEN REST TOMORROW!  This is day 6 in a row of working out--these old joints need a rest!

Actually tomorrow I will do an ab/core quickie (that is the only part of my body that isn't sore right now!)

Was hoping for a full 3 mile dreadmill but started having issues and felt it best to back off.

Heading to the gym after work to try to pare my mile down another 30 seconds or so. Having a hard time this week. Then 35 minutes of weights after that, and 15 minutes stretching.

Had a great karate conditioning class last night that left me very sore and feeling bad, which is why I didn't hit the gym at 5 a.m. like I usually do.

 Taper week before my 25K on Saturday so both today and tomorrow are rest days.  I am so ready and excited for this race on Saturday!

Eating junk food and CRAP is not a reward...it's a punishment...
