Heading to the gym after work to try to pare my mile down another 30 seconds or so. Having a hard time this week. Then 35 minutes of weights after that, and 15 minutes stretching.
Had a great karate conditioning class last night that left me very sore and feeling bad, which is why I didn't hit the gym at 5 a.m. like I usually do.

Just got back from doing Couch-to-5k. It's my first time running since the doc said not to for a week or so.
