toning thighs
I am really happy with what I am doing to tone my arms and my core and I am slowly finding a cardio routine that works. However I can't seem to find anything that helps my thighs! I have tried the machines at the gym and I just don't feel like they are doing much if anything. For cardio I am doing C25k and the stairstep and hope that will help tone my thighs too, but there has to be something else I can do!
Would love some advice on what I can do to help tone my thighs so that the skin I have looks better and maybe I can make my saddle bags not look so bad.

you can add muscle to tone, but that's about it, i.e, you most likely know, as you are pretty far out from surgery (way to go btw!), that you really can't spot lose weight. i would suggest squats, lunges, single leg squats, leg extensions, leg curl, calve raises etc. you should focus on the entire leg, the muscle will come with work, and that should help tighten some. if the skin is really loose, then PS may be the only option (like with my stomach). best of luck.
