6.28 miles on the road bike in 28 min.

Actually did pretty good, finally getting used to the shifting, and some of the hills. The big climb out of my neighborhood is what kills me though, but I made it without stopping.

40 minute hilly ride at 18 mph.  Ready for the full on taper to begin.. not sure how I am gonna handle this week between work, race nerves and hardly any working out.

not going to lie to you, taper is a mind f$%&, but it is necessary.  just trust in your training, you've done the work, now it's time to kill it!  can't wait to read your race report.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Just got home from a race weekend. 10.4 mile hill race on Saturday and averaged under 10 min miles. Yay! Today, did a 5k Cinco de Mayo walk with a group of 18! Fun weekend!
