Andrew, The one at mile 19 is what the club uses as our "time Trial" You are supposed to ride it at a comfortable pace (not kill yourself)  Your time up that hill determines which pace group you should try to ride with.

The one at 35-36 felt harder.  Last year I had to walk that bad boy.  It's not particularly long, but it is a couple brutal switch backs.  There were several people walking it today.
