 Did my dress rehearsal today - see pic below, 40 minute ride at about 18mph, which for me is flying, and a quick 2 mile brick.  flying out in 7 days!  Yikes!

8 km run in 53:55.  I am getting faster.  That is with one major hill and two medium ones.

walked 1 1/2 miles and ran 2 miles. Wanted to run 3 but my legs felt like tree trunks

Feeling tired today but walked with periods of running for 35 minutes with 90 minutes of legs and abs.

Rode 14.12pm 35:25 this evening. 24 mph avg, but the wind was about the same too

I met my coach to figure out my various maxes for setting future workouts. I found I can:

Deadlift 135 pounds
Overhead press 45 pounds

And my 15:15 rep count is 8 with the 18# bell. There's a formula to translate that into VO2Max but we haven't done that yet.
