i found my limit today!
60 min weights - shoulder/back/bi
10 min walking on TM for warmup/cooldown
10K run on TM, 1.0% incline, 48:52 (with 4 X 4 min tempo intervals with 4 min recovery as the main set)
1000 meter swim. This was supposed to be a mixed drill swim that totaled 1600 meters, just didn't have it in me to finish.

300m of drills and a 500M race pace in the pool, which I nailed in 10 minutes or so. Serious confidence booster for me. Was gonna run a bit to stay loose but decided to let the aches and bruises take another day off.. havet biked or ran anything significant since Sunday, might be overdoing the taper a bit, but I figure I might as well be as close to 100% healthy as I can.
