Lap Band on 11/17/09 with
 1 mile warm up 
8 400 meter sprints with 45 second rest in between each lap all sub 2 minutes I was pretty happy.
1 mile cool down

I also got out for a bike ride this evening. By far the most beautiful day of the year! Aside from a flat, it was an incredible ride, just so beautiful out! 42 miles in 2:04:25

40 min weight lifting-arms
70 min fitness tapes (30 min one then a 40 min one)
Ran one mile 9:40
3 miles of walk/run-Did it on a track, walked the curves and ran as fast as I could on the straight a ways.
