Same boat as you. Day three of horrible sinus and infection and strep throat. Hoping to be well enough to at least walk a mile and make it to karate tomorrow. Today I am resting and drinking massive fluids.

 1100 yard swim.  At the end I also did a 40 yard sprint (two 20 yard lengths) in 37 seconds, which for me is my fastest time yet for a 40 (i know, you guys average this pace over 2 miles, but for me this is like a freakin stingray).  Probably will run a few miles later at a slow pace.
