90 minutes of weights - shoulders
1 mile of HIIT - sprinted the straits and walked the curves on the track.

 Today was a great day weather wise, but it was hard to breath...I think my allergies were really active today...I just felt like my throat was really thick and could not breath well...I stopped at 6 because of that...:(

8km of hill running in 60 mins.  I know I am going to be sore tomorrow.

Lap Band on 11/17/09 with
Brick for me today I am really worried about the open water swim, may just wait to see if there are any spots left on packet pick up since we will be there anyhow because my husband is doing the white lake half.  He is being so supportive and really hopes I do the sprint.

750 meter swim- not fast 23 minutes
15 mile bike ride lots of rolling hills and headwind my best average speed at 16.1 miles per hour
