Massage, an essential part of your training
Hubby and I just got back from our couple's massage that I got us for our anniversary. We like the deep tissue massage. I had sore muscles where I didn't even know muscles existed. LOL I don't know if it's because we are getting older or what, but we don't bounce back like we use to, so I've decided that massage has to become an essential part of our workout. For our Anniversary, we joined the massage parlor (Massage Envy) where we essentially get one massage a month and discounts on additions and additional massages. We only signed up for six months, but I have a feeling we'll just keep doing them. I LOVE getting a good massage, don't you?

I try to get one weekly...But I am very cheap. I go to the local flea market and for $10. (+ a $1 tip) I will get a professional massage for about 20 minutes. Yeah, the atmosphere is not great...But I'm not there for the ambience. The people that work on me are from China...They speak very little english...But they are great at deep tissue massages. Also they are very well trained.
