Saturday Workouts!

 Beautiful sunny day with a cool breeze in in Nor Cal.  Had our team training today, an recovery week, only 3.5 miles.  Took my mentors dog with me.  I actually jogged the whole 3.61 miles!  It was easier then the 5K last week.  Guess I'm a runner now.

2 workouts back to back. After the 52 mile bike ride, I took about 3 minutes to take off the cycling shoes,put the running shoes on, take off the helmet, put the running hat on, took a few huge gulps of water and started running. Fortunately my best friend came with me, but she was just bike riding, so when I switched to running gear she took my bike and put it on the car bike rack, and put all my cycling gear in my backpack for me, and waiting in the car while I did the run.
