Results from Fitness Assessment at gym

My company sponsored an 8 week fitness challenge.  I began the challenge 02/28 and had a "pre-assessment" done.  Today was my post-assessment.  I wanted to share with you what I accomplished.  Please know that I recognize that I have a long way to go but am still proud with what I have improved upon!

I improved everything except resting heart rate (I was excited though does that count?) and that stupid sit and reach test :(  Anyway, I was quite happy.  I had absolutely no upper body strength 8 weeks ago.
The challenge is over but I think I will go back at my one year annniversary and see where I'm at.

Mazel Tov! That's a wonderful improvement and you should be quite proud of yourself. It's nice when you see actual results for all your hard work. I don't know if I can even do pushups now. You're doing great.

Good Job, lots of improvement in just 8 weeks. Sometimes we need to see this to keep us motivated. Keep it up!
