Rest for me but I have 2 questions.
What are you doing today?
Am I the only person on the planet that couldn't care less aobout this stupid wedding ?
No longer about weight , it's all about living.

I could care less about this stupid wedding. :)  But I am going to watch the shuttle launch.

I bought a new mountain bike yesterday, but I think it's going to need some brake adjustment before I take it on a real ride. So just a short 1.6 mile run because it's hot already and I got a late start. Tomorrow will be the big test of the new bike.

Who's getting married?  Just kidding, but I do not have any interest at all.

Early morning long run, got stuff this weekend, 12 miles.  What a gorgeous sunrise in central Texas!

Just glad the wedding is over.

Today is a big workout for me. 90 minutes at the gym and going to try to ramp up the running and get more in. Then some weights. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are my best days at the gym because of my karate and work schedule Mon-Thurs.

6 miles on the elliptical, level 5
2.5 mile walk

Really upset.  I had planned to do my full strength training this morning, but my right hand below the thumb and around the wrist is really hurting.  Couldn't grip the weights.  It's come and gone over the years, but I will not admit to carpal tunnel.  Icing it now and hope it's better tomorrow.

And no, I didn'****ch the wedding, but did look at the pics to see the dress.

30 minutes of walking with a tiny bit of jogging on the treadmill then 30 minutes in the weight room. Was nice to work out with my sister. The time just flies by when you have someone to visit with. When I listem to my ipod, I find myself checking the clock every 2 minutes.
