I thought you might find the following blog written by a weight loss surgery patient, turned author and fitness expert (Michelle Pearl) about why getting started with a work out plan is so difficult.

OMG!!!  This is so true.  The first 1 to 2 months was complete torture....I was hurting somewhere new every other day.  If it wasn't thighs aching then it was my calves or my wrists, then my back.

I am so grateful I stuck it out.  I feel so much better and I almost never have any pain after my work outs....except for the blister on my little toe...  hahaha
