Hi everybody! Long time no see. My business is eating up all my computer time, but I like to pop in when I can to see if the old familiar faces are still at it, and you are! I'm exercisig - lap swimming 2-3 days a week and walking in between - if Indiana ever dries out I'll get my bike out and start that, too. Today I will be taking a long walk since for once it's not raining.

 30 minute swim workout, including 15 minutes with the paddles o death.  Probably only about 1k meters, but those paddles make it feel like 5k!  Just found out I need to be in Israel Monday, so I guess I'll get a shot at a last open water swim in the Med sea for my last workouts before taper.

1 hour zumba class. Not a good workout though. No lunges, no jumping jacks. WTH? It was equivalent to walking at a very comfortable pace.
