Thursday workouts
Hi everybody! Long time no see. My business is eating up all my computer time, but I like to pop in when I can to see if the old familiar faces are still at it, and you are! I'm exercisig - lap swimming 2-3 days a week and walking in between - if Indiana ever dries out I'll get my bike out and start that, too. Today I will be taking a long walk since for once it's not raining.
