Lap Band on 11/17/09 with
 750 meter swim.

First open water swim.  Took the kayak out to measure the distance.  Water was very choppy it was like swimming in the intercostal water way, but I did it.  Hoping to get a few more open water swims in before I sign up for the white lake sprint on may 8th.
