Runkeeper

I've got the Runkeeper app on my iPhone, and it works a charm.  I just started a training session using Runkeeper that is a 30 5K training program, and it's so cool.  It has interval workouts and guides you through them exactly as if you had a trainer in your ear.  Some intervals are timed, and some are distance.  It's so cool (did I say that already?).

Just wanted to let you know about a great toy.  Us runners don't really get to have neat toys to supplement our sport.   It's hard to get excited about new shoes or a water belt.

I've been using Runkeeper for a couple of months now and love it as well!  When my wife rides her bike as I run, I repeat what the "voices" tell me on the splits.  I listen to the "voices" and like it!  LOL

Cardio Trainer is another good app out there.  For cool toys I got a Garmin 310XT  and use DailyMile to record my workouts.  DailyMile is nice because it will import direct from your Garmin or Nike+.
