2 miles - intervals. 1 min walk, 30 second jog. Total time was 34 minutes which is great for me.

 45 minutes of swim drills, buoy, paddles and fins.. pretty fun!  30 minutes on the stairs, 160 flights, 1 mile right after with a nice 6 minute/mile pace for the last .25.
